We want you to feel good about your order from Steplii. If something isn’t right, we’ll make the process simple and fair.

Just get in touch with us with our Contact Us Page with your order number and we will proceed with a full refund, no hassle.

14-Day Returns (EU Right of Withdrawal)

If you’re located in the EU, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of the day you receive it—no explanation needed.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The return request must be made within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items should be unused and in the same condition you received them, with original packaging where possible.

How to Start a Return

Get to our Contact Us Page with:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you want to return

  • (Optional) a short note on the reason — it helps us improve

We’ll reply with the return instructions and the return address.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll confirm your refund.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • If your return is accepted, we refund the item price and the original standard shipping cost (if paid), as required by EU rules.

  • We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned goods or you provide proof of shipment.

Return shipping costs are  covered by us.

Items That Can’t Be Returned

For hygiene and customer safety, items that have been opened, used, or unsealed may not be eligible for return, unless they are defective or incorrect.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A photo of the item and packaging

We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.

Exchanges

We don’t offer direct exchanges. The fastest option is to return your item (within 14 days) and place a new order.
